Cognizant — Issues facing in onboard offer letter

I am kalyan kumar dharavath with Email Id: [protected]@gmail.com and superset id: 1651501, Candidate Id:1651501. I have a problem of OTP verification from cognizant with onboarding acceptance, i am getting OTP from Microsoft authentication instead of Cognizant. Could you please advice anyone for below login error as I am not able to login to One Cognizant portal for accept your Date of joining (DOJ). My Date of joining(DOJ) is[protected].
