Cognizant — issues in pf withdrawal

My pf account no. Is tn/ms/31309/124323. I have submitted my pf withdrawal application with duly signed by me to my previous organization in oct 2016 (Cognizant technology solutions, pune).

I have left cognizant in 2012 and since then every year been consistently sending new pf transfer or pf full & final settlement application to cognizant technology solutions chennai duly signed by me however there is no answer from any of the responsible team member on my request; my employment details are as below

4. Date of leaving : 29/06/2012

Every time i call pune pf office it gives busy tone hence there is no support for my pf settlement from cognizant technology solutions, pune

I have heard other employees been facing issues of documents missing from pf office post submission of closure forms. This has resulted in rejecting the claims and where the pf member is asked to resubmit the claims again.

I would really appreciate if anyone could look into this issue on top priority as this is a common query of all the people.
