Cognizant — Joining Date Issue

My joining date was 30 jul 2021.
I have submitted all documents on virtual portal.After Completing all Document Verification, I got my onboarding pass which is valid upto DOJ.
But I Didn't Receive Any Mail For Futher Process of Induction Session
Both of the HR persons are not responding my mails
I have alredy resigned my previous job
Please inform me the Next Course Of Action
