Cognizant — Lay off in cognizant and i am not eligible to layoff still they have made it

My emp id : 321262, worst management in cognizant, i have been working from last 5.4 years in cts, none of them were able to listen the employee problem and they have hired some rowdy ladies and made them as human resource and removed the employment showing as bucket 4 (Low) performer.in my case they have not seen any root cause for the issue. The prior manager has given good comments and not applicable candidate for the rating.
Their were many frauds on allocation and selecting the people and playing with the employees as slaves, i knew with their names and doing as they like as. Top management never ever responds for the problems / emails we sent.
