Cognizant — Money Deducted from the card and taken cash again

On May 24th we went to a movie in PVR, elements mall Bangalore. When I gave my card for swiping, the cashier swiped and the money got deducted from my account, but he said the transaction failed then we have given Rs. 690 again and took the tickets. I checked with the bank people and got the statement that the amount was debited from my account by PVR. I have escalated this to the management, they asked me to provide all the statements and tickets which I have submitted, but still they didnt return the money. Every time they ask me to come tomorrow and day after tomorrow. I have sent a mail along with the bank statement to 'DM.[protected]@PVRCINEMAS.COM' and there is no response at all.
