Cognizant — need to change my mobile number for getting uan

My last working day was on 16 march 2018. I need to close my provident fund account but while am trying to get my uan number in the uan portal, i am getting an error as "mobile number does not match with the available data", as of which am not able to get my uan to proceed with futher pf closure procedures. The given mobile number is not in use and i need to update the mobile number which i am using currently. Please help me on this so that i can proceed with the pf closure. Please block it immediately and reissue new food card to CTS office, SIPCOT, navalur, chennai
