Cognizant — need to know how to set pin number

Hi, i have recently replaced my food card as my old food card was damaged.

Received the food card a month back, but did not set any pin as i have not set for my old food card.

Now wherever i try to purchase the vendors are requesting for pin number which i have not set, also the pin which i received from hdfc along with the booklet has been lost.

Please note that i don't know the pin provided by hdfc and also i have not set any pin, please help me with the pin number for my hdfc food card
