Cognizant — New Card is not working

Address: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600025

I had a issue with my Food card. When i use it. I get a error as contact Help desk. I called customer service and asked the info. they explained there is no issue with the card or no issues with bank end. They said will send me a new card. i received a new card, Still i get the same error. Is there any one can help me out in this. I tried called customer service, cant reach a person to help me out. IVR keep disconnects me. I walked in to the branch which is in Ramanujam Tech Park. They said nothing can be done from there end. I need to contact customer service. I have no idea what to do now.
