[Resolved] Cognizant — no offer letter after confirmation over phone call

I attended cognizant interview on 15th december, 2018 at kolkata location. On 21st january, 2019 i got phone call from cts chennai saying offer letter under process. Then on 24th january, 2019 again i got phone call from cts chennai number and was informed that offer letter will be sent within 1 to 2 days though i did not received it yet. I have tried to contact with poc several times through email but he did not response. Is there any chance to get offer letter? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Hai Mam / sir myself Ramya, got offer letter for lead analyst on dec24 2018 and mentioned joining date is before 18jan 2019 and I have done NSR registration also but I don't get joining letter, and no response from leads ...
