Cognizant — no offer letter and no confirmation mail

Hi team,

I have attended the interview for UI developer(Angular JS) and completed HR round and also submitted CIS form on Feb 10th, still no response from the team. Even after raising tickets no response came our the team.The HR said I will receive the offer letter in a week, but now even the HR is not attending the call. Its like a waste of time for us.
