Cognizant — no update after clearing interview

Address: manyata tech park F2 block, 560045

I had been for interview for cognizant manyata tech park after clearing the interview hr coordinator called me up said i will receive a mail where in you need to fill all your details. Till now i did not get any update. I tried contacting to hr but no response from them.
First round was on 29/11/18
After a week they called for document aubmisaion.
