Cognizant — not received any confirmation mail

I am final year student of bsc. I attended the placement drive in alvas engineering campus in jan, 2020. I cleared all the rounds and hr said me tat they would send the mail telling to upload all the documents but i haven't received any such mails and due to covid-19 my exams got delayed. I dont know if my job is confirmed at cognizant. I want the confirmation of my job as soon as possible so that i can finish the process of submitting my documents.
