Cognizant — not received offer letter after hr discussion

I had attended interview at cognizant on 23th june 2018 for microstrategy developer. Completed all rounds including hr. Hr told me i can expect my offer letter in a week.
But after one week, i received auto generated mail saying my application status is under review.
Is i am going to get offer letter or not?

As per suggestion wait for 1 month, because its big process HR need to get lot of approval from manager, hiring manager etc., before releasing offer, i get the offer letter after 40 days only. please be patient
