Cognizant — Not receiving offer letter and joining date

Good morning,
My name is Sakshi Prashant Chechar. I have done my technical + HR interview for infra off campus Engineer trainee on 24th March. Next day I have done my document verification round through online platform on 25th March. After all round complete I didn't get any updates from cognizant. So can you tell me please my interview result.
