Cognizant — Not Receiving The Offer Letter

I was selected in interview process held on 25th Jun.
On same day i got hr email that I got selected in technical interview and need to submit further documents for HR discussion.
I send with required details.
Same day I got hr call with confirmation of joining, salary discussion and designation.
I was given surety to get my offer letter in 4 to 5 days ...but it's been 10 days no update i got.
I tried to contact hr person but his number is switched off from same day.
Please resolve this ASAP.
I'm really hoping for positive response.

Hi, same with me i didn't get offer letter till now its been 2 weeks and hr is not responding.
