Cognizant — not releasing offer letter

I attended interview in cognizant on 15th dec, 2018.
I cleared all the rounds and got mail from talent acquisition that i am selected.
On 24th dec i got mail from hr asking for updated profile.
After that there is no info about my offer even i keep sending mails to hr there is no reply from there end.
When i called the hr told that your offer was put on hold as the client requirements are not matching.
Its almost 2 months now.
Is there any chance of getting offer.

Updated by [email protected] I attended interview in cognizant on 15th dec, 2018 on angular technology.
I cleared all the rounds and got mail from talent acquisition as
"interview status - selected".

On 24th dec i got mail from hr asking for updated profile.

After that there is no information about my offer letter.

I keep sending mails to hr there is no reply from there end.

When i called the hr told that we will release the offer letter soon.

He was telling the same thing from 2 months but there is no offer letter till now.

Its almost 2 months now.
