Cognizant — novartis project

Hi i sits in novartis odc but part of alcon... Today when t-shirt distribution occured it is only provided to people who belongs to novartis project but not to the alcon one. I am working on a project alcon but it's half related to novartis. Then why this partiality is happening. When they were distributing t-shirt to 300 people then why we 7-8 people are not getting that t-shirt on novartis day even on sitting in same odc for a year. I am very much disappointed with this partiality
