Cognizant — offer letter

I gave an interview on 7th july 2018 for UI developer role,
and cleared all the rounds, there were two technical and one HR,
Hr told me I will be receiving the offer letter soon
Then on 9th july 2018(Monday) I got a mail from the CTS HR to send my CV for proceeding further with the process, after that I have not received any mail from CTS. Should I be positive for the offer

I have not received the offer yet, but got a call from the HR last week
