Cognizant — offer letter inquiry

Hi,
This is Anukriti Mishra from Jaipur.I have cleared the recruitment process for Cognizant on 18th January 2020.I haven't received the offer letter yet.Kindly look into the matter.Please help in logging in the 1C portal through which i can access my offer letter.I don't have the credentials for logging in the CTS .Kindly help.
