Cognizant — offer letter issue & not released

I attended the interview on 18 august 2018 for sap sd consultant at cognizant manyata business park. I have cleared both the technical rounds and had a discussion with hr. Hr told you will get offer letter by next week. I have filled the application candidate form also on the same day. Still i haven't received any update. How can i check status of my profile.
