Cognizant — offer letter not receive

I had interview at cognizant banglore manyata tech park december first week for healthcare process after clearing hr round, ops round, aptitude test and versant round.
Hr called me up and said you will receive a form via email you need to fill and submit it..
Im still waiting for it.. Would you help me getting hiring status.?
When can i expect my offer letter?

Don't wait for cognizant offer letter, they are just doing time pass. And, in future also don't attend an interview from Cognizant.

The same thing happened to me, twice they called me for the interview and after clearing all the rounds including HR. After multiple follow up they are not replying. So, better to not wait for them and keep applying in different companies.
