Cognizant — offer letter not received after clearing interview

Hi,

I cleared my cts interview on 29th of june, 2018 at dlf, gachibowli, hyderabad.
I have also cleared my hr round.

Hr promised that they will release the offer letter within 2 weeks max.

It's been more than a month but i have not yet received the letter.
I didn't get hr's number for followup too.

Can someone please help me in getting the offer soon..

Have you received the offer letter.

I have also attended the interview before 20 days.There is no offer letter till now.
