Cognizant — offer letter not received from cts

I attended an interview at cts manyata tech park bangalore on july 20th 2019 and cleared all the rounds. At the end hr informed me that i will receive my offer letter in two week but i haven't received yet. Meanwhile i received an email from cts talent acquisition to upload my photo in one of their portal. After that, i haven't received any updates. I have dropped several mail but received no update from them.
