Cognizant — offer letter not released after doc submission

I gave an interview for the role of programmer trainee off campus recruitment drive held on january 11, 2020 at cognizant technology solutions, candor techspace, tower-3, tikri, gurgaon, haryana. I got an email from [protected]@cognizant.com that i've been shortlisted for the documents verification process. After that, i have sent all the required documents scanned copies on the same email id ([protected]@cognizant.com) but have got no response from their side. They aren't replying to my mails either. Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been selected in cognizant company through campus selection. I did not have received offer letter till now.But they have given date of joining on January 4th. And I didn't have received any on boarding pass still now. When can I expect another date of joining? And which month can I get it?
