Cognizant — offer letter not released and no updates

Hi,

I have attended interview in cts, chennai on march 11 and cleared all the rounds. My package discussion is also over. Then i got an email from cts to upload my photo in one of their site. After that i didn't get any response from them. Can anyone please let know if they have got offer letter for the interview happened on same date?

Also, please guide me how to proceed further.
