Cognizant — Offer letter not released even after 40 days in cognizant

I have given the interview for cognizant for a lateral joinee
After clearing two rounds of interview post the discussion with hr on role and ctc, offer letter has not been released post 40 days till now.

Not even replying the status even after multiple reminder mails and not ready even to respond properly for the call.

I dont want to reveal any names here.

Any suggestions/help how to get the status on the offer letter is really appreciable. I know my spoc for this offer (With whom its pending).

I tried it they raised an auto ticket for the issue, but still no response from them :(

They will take time but if they have ensured for the offer letter, they will release it. I got mine after 1 month.

I didnt receive my offer letter for 4 months:P
