Cognizant — offer letter not released for interview 7th july 2018 on kolkata location

I had done with the interview in kolkata on july 7 for java, spring developer on 7th july 2018.
And i got selected and had hr discussion on same day including salary. But it is almost a month now. Since almost a month i didn’t got any update from hr team.
I tried to reach them but didn’t got any reply.
