Cognizant — offer letter not released for pega

I have cleared all rounds of interview in cognizant for pega openings on 6 july 2019. The interview was in hyderabad location. I had applied for the position of senior software engineer. I have two years of experience in pega.
In the hr interview, he told me i will receive offer letter soon. It is being one month i have not received my offer letter or any information regarding this.
Can anybody help me or know the contact email address?
