Cognizant — offer letter not released till now

I have attended the interview on 17th november 2018 at okkiyam thoraipakkam cts office. I have cleared all the rounds and hr told me that i will receive the offer letter in 10 days but till now i haven't received it. Meanwhile i received a mail from cognizant talent acquisition to upload the photo on 23rd november 2018. I did not get any updates after that. Can you please let me know the update about my offer letter.

Same for me. My interview was held on same day in kochi. And i was told that i will receive offer letter within 2weeks. But i haven't got any further response from them. Not even that photo upload mail.
