Cognizant — offer letter not yet given by cts

I have applied for the the interview on 14 th december for it service desk in kolkata location, there were three rounds which i cleared, in the final round there was hr discussion where the salary was fixed and the hr told me that i will be getting offer letter in 5 days, two of my friends got a link to upload their picture but i haven't received anything yet
