Cognizant — offer letter not yet received so far

Hi all,
I have attended interview with cognizant on feb 9, 2019 for skillset hadoop/spark developer role in kandhanchavadi, chennai and got selected. Hr told me that i will get offer letter within a week.

I got a mail to fill cis form (Candidate information sheet). Its been 35 days still i didnot receive offer letter/update from cts.
Would be grateful if i get any update/offer letter as soon as possible.
I can join immediately as well.

Highly appreciable if i get offer letter as early as possible. Thank you
