Cognizant — Offer letter received but pre-joining mail not received till now.

Hi. I received offer letter from cognizant on 31st Aug. In that doj mentioned Sep 6th 2021. But I was not received any pre-joining mail.. Please 🙏help me if anyone faced the problem. Suggest me to whom I will contact for onboarding mail.
