Cognizant — offer letter still not yet released

I have attended the interview on 27th april 2019 for the below role,

Role:bigdata (Spark developer)

I have filled cis form on 24th may 2019, yet not received offer letter.

Could you please check and let me know if you have any update on this, so that i can plan alternative, even i tried to mail hr and recruiters also but they are not responding and not at all giving information about it
