Cognizant — offer not released - status selection mail received but no offer was processed

I have cleared all interview at pune on 29 Sept At SB road campus for iOS developer. At HR discussion They told they will release offer in 10-12 Days But No Offer or calls yet. Cognizant HR team please look on this. As candidated keeping hope for there new job. I am waiting for call daily but no emails no any calls from HR team.

I have given interview for iOS developer in pune SB road office on 29 sept its almost one month but no offer yet i am tyring to follow up with HE team who has sent mail for interview invitation bt still they are not replying and not calling
