Cognizant — On boarding issue

I had my onboarding on 30th July 2021. I even got my onboarding pass .I have uploaded the required documents through the mail and got the mail that documents are uploaded successfully .But because of some unknown reason I didn't receive the mail to join the session for the virtual onboarding process .will I get new DOJ ?.I have raised the several queries but didn't receive any reply from the team.. Please help me... What is the next step... Please solve this problem
