Cognizant — Onboarding pass issue

Im a campus selected candidate.
I had completed all BGV and pre-joining formalities on1C portal, it was showing completed.
I was having doj on 12th Aug, ob pass was not generate 3 days prior to doj as mentioned by them. So i didn't get any meeting link for further process.
On doj at 2pm ob pass was available at 1c portal, which is of no use at that time and its valid on that day only.
I don't know what to do now.
