Cognizant — Onboarding pass not generated and DOJ already 2 times

Hi
My candidate Id is 17827969. My DOJ has varied 2times already and I didnt get Onbaording pass this time also. I dont know whats wrong with BGV and your team they dont even contact me regarding this. please update me the problem and its solution.
