Cognizant — Onboarding pass regarding

I placed cognizant through campus interview. After i attended internship programme in cognizant from dec 2019 to april 2020.After that I received doj mail as dec 2 2020.But i am not receive onboarding pass. i sent many mails and calls to hr department but no use. So please resolve my problem soon
