Cognizant — pf money not yet received

Hi All, I have submitted PF withdrawal form in Cognizant Hinjewadi Pune office in month of nov 14. It's been 6 month but still my claim has not been received in EPF chennai office. As per PF office .It is informed that no claim has been received in this office till date.' Can you please help me out in this regrad.
