Cognizant — pre joining formality mail not received

Respected sir/ma'm, I got the offer letter mail on 30th july 2019, but did not get any mail of Pre-joining formalities after that mail, although all my friends have got that mail. I have accepted the offer sent by Cognizant and submitted all required documents in BGV. But I submitted the onboarding process prejoining forms and photos after a month of accepting the offer and submitting BGV documents .
My query is -
Is there a completion date of pre joining form fill-up and photo upload in 1C portal ?
Please assist me.
