Cognizant — Regarding feedback/update from HR after attending 4 round of interview (2 technical and 2 for project)

Hi Team,

I have attended four round of interview
(10th June, 16th June, 23rd June and 15July 2021) after that I didn't get any update on my profile and also calling the recruiter but he is not receiving call
Please help me to get an update about my profile is selected/rejected ?
