Cognizant — Regarding my relieving letter

Hi, I left company on 1 Dec 2022 and my asset pickup was done on 13 January 2023. Now it's been two months didn't get any response from Cognizant. I tried calling and emailing them but no use. Due to this Im unable to apply for current opportunities. Im really frustrated now.. Please help me!!!
