Cognizant — Regarding offer release and no response from HR

My final HR round interview was done on Feb 2024 and I was assured that I will get the offer letter within 5 working days.

But Till date 2nd March 2024, I have not received the offer letter.

I have sent follow up Emails, calls and SMS multiple times to HR, but not getting any response from them.Not expected MNC company HR team work like this.Even i see many people complaints regarding cognizant HR’s.Someone from higher management should definitely look upon this issue seriously & direct HR team to respect candidates.As we have spent our day & time for this process when ever company HR required their work to be done.So kindly anyone from HR team resolve this issue.
