[Resolved]  Cognizant — Regarding the correction of name in Internship Offer Letter

I have received my Internship Offer Letter and my Name is Completely Incorrect where they have put my father's name(K Rajendran) instead of my name (R SUCHITHA) . I have been raising tickets for past three days and it is put you will get a reply within 48 hours but still I have not got any reply so far. I have to proceed through so many steps which I can't do unless and until I accept the Offer Letter. So Kindly request the cognizant team to look at this issue and provide me solution .
