Cognizant — Rolling out an offer letter as well as not provide Onboarding Pass and Concern HR not responding any calls or email

I am Mohammadshahid Malvi. I am selected in Cognizant as a Projects - Associate.

Completed all On Boarding Formality like,
1. Review and Accept Offer letter
2. BGV Document - Submission
3. Pre-Joining Formality

I received first offer letter on Dated: 2nd March 2022. But due to some issue they rolled out my offer letter to 14th March 2022. Furthermore I received Greeting Mail From Cognizant for Generate On Boarding Pass Like ("Greeting Mail : Thank you for completing the pre joining formalities. You will be receiving the onboarding pass generated 3 days prior to the date of joining."). Still not getting On Boarding Pass.

Furthermore they processed my UAN Number which I have to link with Aadhar Card in EPF. Still not received any UAN Number.

In Last I request you to Please provide solution for

"Exact Date of Joining and On Boarding Pass also i need UAN Number to link with Aadhar Card in EPF Website."

Also My Concern HR and On Boarding of Cognizant not provide me any reply or Solution for this on Calls or emails.
