Cognizant — Selected but Offer letter not received

Dear Sir /Madam,

interview for the post of Graduate Trainee on 11/11/2021.
After the interview, you have told me that I have been selected for the job and an offer letter will be issued by end of this week.

I have been waiting for it since that day, but till now I haven't received any offer letter, so kindly provide my offer letter and please let me know if you need any further information.
