Urgent help in stopping of your staff from flying to usa - case is been filled against him - marriage dispute, left his wife.
Employee of your company. He is presently working for levi client, located in san francisco, usa. On 9th april 2017, we got married and my visa was approved so i went to usa along with him. But after marriage things got bad. On 1st june 2018 our visa was expiring, so my husband applied for visa extension in the january 2018 month. Due to domestic violence and his family behavior i was forced to leave usa, so when the extension application was processed i was not in usa, due to which my visa has been denied and he got permit for 2 years. After my visa is been rejected, my husband has not done any paper work to get my visa approved. It has been around 3 months now still he denies to take me back. Due to domestic violence, harassment, physical and mental torture plus denial to keep me as a wife along with him, i have filled a case in family courthe is in india presently and will be leaving for san francisco on 20th feb 2019, from delhi international airport. I request you to please hold him from flying, so that my case is been processed because once he leaves he will not be returning atleast for 2 years, and i will be stuck here all by my self alone. The point mentioned by about her visa rejection is true due to her absence from US at the time of VISA filing, which she was completely aware but still she went to india(27th March) after an argument with me and my parents.
Please note that my parents are in india and they only came to US for a short visit but just after 5 days of their arrival in US, my spouse fought with them and left for india.
After this incident she came back to US but her behaviour was never good with my parents and again she started fighting and inflating all the petty issues to create big fights . Again she left for her home from US after getting in a fight with me with all the her stuff and house stuff also this time.
Also she took all her stuff from my home in india by threatening me and her brother supported her in this activity.
When her visa was rejected i did all the formalities and raised her visa also but she denied to appear in an embassy interview after my continued requests also.
She is planning for this to torture and harass me. In the request she is lying that iam denying to take her back. The truth is me and my family went to her place to sort out things but instead of trying to help, her family supported her and insulted me and my family. And my spouse clearly told that she wants divorce from me. I tried to convince her but she kept on accusing me of all false charges. I tried to call her and her family also multiple times but she is not taking my calls and her family clearly said that nothing can be done now if hina wants divorce and they are going to support her.
She has full family support and not coming back by her choice only
