Cognizant Technology Solutions — Access denied in onboarding one cognizant portal

I have \ received an offer letter from Cognizant and in the mail, it was mentioned to complete pre-joining formalities.
After setting up the password and signing in to my OneCognizant portal, I was getting --access denied.
