Greetings of the day.

This is Roohi Tabassum and I am writing this email in relation with my date of joining with your esteemed company. I was selected for the role of Programmer Trainee at the campus recruitment organized by your company at Gayatri Vidya Parishath college of Engineering, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh on 15 th February 2020

Though I was given an offer letter on 03 June 2020 but I am still to receive my date of joining and place of joining. I would therefore request you for these details so that I can plan accordingly.
