Cognizant Technology Solutions — attended interview on 29th september in manyata tech park (bangalore) i haven't received offer letter

I have attended interview on 29th september for testing profile hr told like within 10days we will release offer but till now i haven't received any mail from them kindly update me the status am waiting for feedback
In call letter they have mentioned poc except that they haven't mentioned any contact number it's been 40days till now i haven't received call/ mail from cognizant people
